I have been taking my car here for a number of years. They are always friendly and eager to solve any problems my car may be having. I have been to both of their Kennewick and Richland location and have been very impressed with both. I would definitely recommend them! Services: Auto brake repair, Oil change
360 called me to say they would be looking at my car that day. I was surprised to hear of a diagnostic test costing so much. More than I was comfortable with. I can say that if you have any questions about your quote, AJ is great. He will make sure you're treated fairly and with respect.
Their rating speaks for itself. They are very professional and courteous. No charge for diagnostics and a reduced shop rate for rusted parts that were hard to remove. Les Schwab wouldn't even try to remove or fix. Josh even shopped around trying to match Schwabs price on shocks and struts. Also pretty impressed they are closed on Sunday. If you need an honest, quality mechanic look no further than 360.
