Jiffy Lube Oil Change and Multicare

Unfortunately, traveling up north, our check engine light/transmission overheat light came on. Made it to this location to have a monitor hooked up to our Yukon Denali. Brandon and his team did a fabulous job getting us in for a transmission flush and oil change. Very professional and knowledgeable. This place is a joke. Will damage your car only to tell you it is your fault because the car has been modified and when you go to corporate and talk to Brian he calls you a lier and says your the one being unreasonable when your car was damaged and they refuse to fix it The next day i spoke with Josh the market manager and he made it right. I'm not usually one to leave reviews but these guys deserve it. I've been to this location a 3 times since moving to the area and every time the mechanics are kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They only advise on what my car actually needs and they don't push for anything extra just to make a quick buck. I can always trust my car is well taken care of any time I go in and I'm truly thankful for it. 10/10 highly recommend ???? Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Brakes, Oil change
