They have been very honest in explaining everything that was done to thoroughly insure my power steering pump was replaced. And the mechanic Rick seemed to have good integrity when I asked him to take a look at my under carriage and tell me what shape my shocks and struts were in. I just had them replaced the week prior at Big O. He said they looked brand new. He passed my test. Lol great guys and easy to talk to.

I went in for a tune up, oil change, and to see if they can find out the problem with the #2 on my fan not working. Next thing I know, my car is ready for pickup, along with an almost $900 bill. ANYTHING that high of a cost should be called about to see if I wanted to proceed. I’ve never had a mechanic just go ahead with a service that cost that much. Not only that, but they cracked the plastic frame around my radio when they fixed it. I took it back in a week later to say how I felt about the charge and see if they can fix my dash that they broke. His response was how he doesn’t look over his mechanic’s shoulders when they make repairs. There was no apology or acknowledgment that it was wrong and that I should have been called. He said he’d try to find a part to fix my dash. I never heard from him again.
