Automeister II

The team at Automeister II is amazing, they do great work and do so with integrity and honesty. While I've taken my 2004 Jetta to this shop for years, I made the mistake of having it inspected elsewhere a few months back. That shop came back with a $4K estimate for 'immediately needed' repairs and cited serious safety concerns with my car if those repairs were not made quickly. I declined their work and took my car to Automeister II for its 90K service where Alan and the team also took the time to review the notes from the previous shop. Not only was my car not in any imminent danger, but only one of the recommended repairs was actually needed. Automeister II did the work and at a lower cost. I will never take my car anywhere else. Super professional and honest, I came after the dealer (Mercedes of Seattle) Told me I have to replace the brakes urgently came over after they already reserved the parts for me and agreed on price they looked at the car and told me that no brakes replacement needed, Good to know there’s still honest places out there I’ll definitely be back.
