Check in and process was very quick and easy. James was super nice and explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. Very satisfied with the work and the time it took to repair. Would highly recommend. Service: Body & Trim
Took my car in to get back gate of my car repaired and painted. Staff was very polite and went over everything that would need to be done. I wasn't happy with the initial paint match so I contacted them and they agreed it wasn't quite right. They didn't argue and took my car in to repaint. It's perfect! They were very prompt with repairing and I am VERY PLEASED! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Terrible experience with Caliber Collision. The work took over a month, as issues that were called out on intake were forgotten about, and due dates kept changing. To top it all off, they organized a rental with Enterprise for me, but then skipped out on the bill, leaving me to be charged >$400 for it. ????At least the work was good.
