I recently had cause to make sure of Glenn's Auto Repair when the lower Control Arm on my 28' Class A RV became detached when driving near Tacoma. The guys at Glenn's were extremely helpful during a very stressful period - patiently explaining the work that needed doing and helping us get through a difficult repair (rare parts needed sourcing/replacing etc.). I had Glenn's auto do a timing belt replacement on an Acura TL. The timing chain job was done but they didn't burp the cooling system correctly. Driving the car to work a few days later. The heater was on while driving to work. After about 20 minutes It immediately started blowing cold air. I returned the vehicle to Glenn's after work and they filled the water reservoir and 2-3 months later I had a blown head gasket. They didn't want to warranty their work when I explained the issues. These guys did a great job! Two of my cylinders were misfiring and they took care of it the same day as diagnosing it. Mark helped me out a lot and even helped set me up with a third party to do payments on the repair job. The cost is reasonable for the work they do. Will definitely be back!
