WOW! This was the best experience I have ever had! From the time my auto accident happened until the day I picked up my vehicle from Lee’s Automotive in Federal Way! I’m all about quality over quantity and Jessica and Quincy sure did deliver on Quality. My van was crushed during a rear end collision. Not only did they repair the body but also went above and beyond and replaced the interior damage the rain/snow left from trunk not being able to close. Communicated with me quickly and efficiently. I received updates and was notified during the entire process of what was being done, if any additional repairs were needed or repairs not needed from the initial estimate. I hope the Seattle location delivers the same great service, work, and sense of humor that Lee’s in federal way has. I got my van back February 2nd, 2023 and I have told 4 friends and family that needed repairs to go to Seattle location and /or Federal Way location. The customer service here is quite rude. Their website doesn't work for scheduling appointments, and when I called, the customer support agent was unprofessional. He told me straight up that I had to either repair the car or they would not do an estimate. That's not what their website says.

This shop is a nightmare! Had the car repaired for 4 month , on month before expect the car and the body shop was bad , scratches could be seen , bad paint.except paint we did not have complains as we inspect the car interior as well. It took them another month to get car fixed and painted again . Once taken I noticed the sit was damaged witch was , shop denied to fix it ( stated it’s towing) How de f.. towing if we inspected the car a month ago and seat was ok. They refused to fix broken sit and broken sun roof! Completely unprofessional ! Services: Transmission, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim
