Twice I have been in for an oil change. The first time it took me about two hours because they were standing around and being incredibly slow, other customers were backed up. This time it was taking 35-50 minutes per vehicle to get serviced. Four cars left their vehicle parked and went and got a drink somewhere including myself during this time because the cars in front being serviced took forever. While the oil is draining, they do not bother to do other things like tire pressure checks, they just stand around or slowly do things. I don't mind needing breaks, but having this happen twice and the second time taking over two and a half hours of my day is ridiculous. And there were four guys working at the time. I won't be coming back to Valvoline. It's bad for the business too as multiple customers saw the line, turned around, and drove away. Update: The car brought in never burnt oil but after Vavoline's service, the mechanic noted that it was having more issues. No evidence for certai
Be warned. DO NOT USE this service!! They damaged my vehicle and will not take responsibility. In early July I went to Valvoline for an oil change. It was a very long wait and, as I observed from my car, the service people, although friendly enough, were very disorganized and slow to work through the long line-up. When the technician closed my hood, he ignored the release mechanism on the hood support bracket and forced the hood closed, bending the bracket beyond further use. I returned the next day to report the damage. The technicians said the manager would call me. Never heard from him. I filed a claim with “Customer Care”. After several follow-up calls they told me the claim was denied with absolutely no explanation. This is one of the worst businesses I have dealt with in years.
Slooooooooow! Arrived at 4:04pm with 4 cars in front of me. At 5:51 there were still 2 cars in front of me. Also, better pick the right lane; a vehicle that arrived after me, is getting its oil change now when I still have two in front of me.
