Brought in my 2007 Rs4 for an oil change. No leaks before drop off picked up drove home 3 miles to a drain plug not installed properly. Leaked oil, brought the car back they installed it correctly but did not top off the oil... so driving it home I get low oil light. Will never bring my car back to this place Jiffy Lube could have messed up this bad for half the price. Service: Oil change
My wife had a breakdown on the way to a climb on Baker- she left her car w no plan… I drove up from Seattle and called Andrew. He made time to check out the car and had one of the guys drive me back to get my car- they got the car fixed as promised and had it ready for my wife when she got back down. Great customer service was a bright spot in a stressful situation.
