Technician Ben was very professional and personable....the lady at the call center .... Not so much.... She wouldn't take the time to understand the situation... Thus resulting in having to reschedule...BUT Ben was right on top of it... Got it done quickly...
Getting our car broken into 1,100 miles from home and having my wife’s purse stolen was super stressful. Working with this company was the complete opposite! They had the window we needed in stock and were able to set up an appointment for the following day. They came out to us, showed up on time, were very courteous, and did a great job! I hope I never have to call them again, but I wouldn’t hesitate if the need arose. I highly recommend Glass America! Lifesaver!
We got a huge star in the windshield. Immediately called out dealership and they sent us to glad America for evaluation. We were there in a half hour and a half hour later or windshield had been repaired and we were on our way. Our warranty covered the charge and we were on our way. Nice staff, great service and the glass looks great. Highly recommend this place.
