Foothills Toyota - Service

Not the service I expected. No extra effort just the bare minimum. I think they should take a page on how Jacksonville Toyota down in FL treat their customers who come in for service on a new car. They give you the works it's washed dried cleaned inside and out. Your car looks newer then the day you bought it when you go to their service center. Foot hills just wants to get you in and out as fast as possible with little to no extra effort. They made me feel like I was just another appointment. They serviced oil and ran the car through what looked like a carwash on the side of a gas station. They rinsed it and didn't dry it. They didn't clean inside the car at all. I was not impressed and I will not be returning for service on my car in the future.

If I could 6 stars I would. My 08 Sienna had a healthy power steering leak out of rack and pinion and the PS pump. I had planned a trip out of town for the Labor Day weekend, found out Wed prior of the leak. Arranged w Les Schwab to have work done, they balked, called Jon Evans on Thursday, they took care of the repair, new pump, new OEM reman rack, aligned, and air filter for less than the independent quotes. That is not a normal scenario. Van drives great, no more leaks, and OEM parts, fluids, and service. By far the best dealership service experience I have ever had, Jon and the team saved my Labor Day weekend! Thanks Jon and Team!
