We had a problem with our 2017 Explorer that created a lot of white smoke coming from the exhaust. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following week, which was about a month quicker than my usual dealership. They managed to find the problem and get it fixed, as well as the usual routine maintenence, within 24 hours, which was a much faster turn around time than we expected. Paul Hinzpeter was our assigned service specialist, and he was excellent at his job. He broke down everything that was found, what was needed to fix it, and honestly went above and beyond to make sure we had our vehicle back as soon as possible, while making sure a rental was brought over when it looked like it was going to be over a day to get things taken care of. If you have a Ford or Lincoln that needs to be taken care of, these are the people who will take care of it, and you.

I was actually looking to do a review of Autonation Ford but the service center is more appropriate. I recently bought a used car from them and it had a couple minor things I wanted fixed. I purchased the car from them because, although it is "As is," this is Ford and I'd hoped they'd take care of me. The car sales guys were great, a fellow named Tim went out of his way to accommodate and he was gracious. I liked the sales manager, Travis who told me why I shouldn't buy an Audi and I liked the guy, forgot his name, who I paid. Fair price and I was happy. But...why I'm reviewing now is actually NOT the service department but someone IN the service department, Ashley. If the GM, owner or whoever runs your dealership doesn't give her a raise and put her in some position to infect others w the customer satisfaction virus, then you'll be competing against her because she's VALUABLE, could go ANYWHERE including your competition. Went in to buy battery for ford fusion . Had a promotion code from ford pass . At first service rep agreed there was an offer and once after noticing I removed battery from the car , service rep started saying the promotion price which supposed to be MSRP is the price which the dealership is getting and I have to pay the full price and doesn’t know why the promotion message code is showing it. As there is no alternative I bought it for the retail price . Its not about the money its about fairness and transparency, Kindly don’t take advantage of the situation. you are supposed to provide good service at least for long time customers.
