I called and scheduled to bring in my vehicle 3 weeks in advance. Had a car hauler take it to their shop on Sunday evening. Informed the lady on the phone that as soon as we finished with the Neurosurgeon (due to significant other have brain surgery) I would drop off the key. Called to let them know I was on my way to drop off the key and was informed that they had my car towed. Spoke to Brad 30 minutes later and the lady didn't put it in on the calendar so they towed it. Now I have to find a way to get to a towing company tomorrow and pay $343.20 to get my car out...which was the money that I had to put in the water pump my jeep needed. This used to be a great company but the last two times they have failed my family miserably.

Brad's Automotive is the best repair shop around quality work great attitudes. I had a problem with my transmission and they were able to resolve it in a short amount of time. Fair prices and quality work you couldn't ask for better.
