Very disappointed in the service we received. We needed the antenna for our on star replaced and decided to use a closer service dealership then where we bought. When we called to schedule we were told they were scheduling out two weeks and the we would have to order the part. Two weeks later part gets put in however they broke the drivers side seatbelt and has greasy finger prints on the visor. It took 3 times for them to get the seat belt fixed and no offered compensation for the hassle except a free oil change. Will not be going back again.

Really disappointed in their service, especially after I had a pretty good experience buying my truck. I will not use this dealership again - if you want decent service, use any other local Chevy dealer. I towed in my vehicle because it wouldn’t start and was told there was nothing wrong with it (..?) and sent me on my way. The same issue occurred again several months later leaving me stranded in a parking lot at 10pm. I called to ask them to reevaluate it and they told me the earliest they could do was 2.5 weeks. Really disappointed that they didn’t investigate this issue thoroughly the first time and have now cost me a ton of time and money. Not worth the headache!
