Edit Hi Mark, finally I hear from you. Whoever I was exchanging emails with regarding this predicament did not mentioned who they were and were dismissive. First-able, this is the first time you offered to bring my car back to change the breaks, again. Nothing of that source was mentioned on all my phone calls and emails. My car is always on the road so, the theory that it's because it sits there is out of the question. Also, I have cameras in my house where it shows proof of my breaks squeaking every time driving in reverse. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Long review but worth reading it if you want to save yourself a headache. Normally new breaks squeak after being changed but it goes away after a few days or so, but these brakes are the worse. Over the years, we've been using this shop as our go-to b/c Mark and Josh are grounded folks who I have fun with, the service is professional & top notch, they stand behind their work, and its within walking distance to our home so I rarely need another car to drop off and pickup.
