Did tuneup on my Nissan rogue that I drove there . When I picked after the wrong parts were received my battery was dead. Which was working when I dropped off car. The store jumper equipment was not charged for me to use. I went home got battery cables and jumped car myself and had to purchase a new battery on top of my 700 bill that my car ran when I brought it to your shop. Terrible customer service. Will be going further with this process.

In my experience he seeks to build long term Trust with his clientele. I will give you an example. Recently had a car towed in with a massive power steering fluid leak. A repair shop with no "Integrity" could have said it needed a power steering pump or hoses all of which would have been costly and with no way for the customer to verify. But Jay called and explained they checked things and a clamp had loosened which they repaired. No charge! This action speaks volumes to me about the Quality of Business Character and Integrity Jay brings to his Company. They got me in and out quick for my oil change. I asked if they could put it in my wiper blades that I brought myself. But they forgot. Other than that the oil change was good. Service: Oil change
