Well, let’s start with… This dealer will work hard to make the sale work for you! But after that you best hold on. Car had some issues, things the dealer promised they would fix. Well I’m in like week four of getting those promises taken care of! Long on promise, short on results! I would not recommend this dealer. Great people, just handled things way wrong. It’s all about the sale at this dealer, nothing else. If there is anything wrong with the vehicle you want… walk away. They are slow in getting things fixed. And also, said my car was fixed, so I went to pick it up. Not fixed! Same issue still exist. Now it’s been over a week and still do not have my car! Stay away from this dealer! Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto A/C replacement, Air conditioning

I have been a customer of Koons since they purchased Malloy Hyundai. Always enjoyed Malloy and was happy to see the customer service was maintained. Recently, Koon’s has had my vehicle over 6 weeks. No loaner vehicle has been offered. I understand waiting on an engine (that failed at 84k miles) but the engine has been at the shop for 3 weeks. They also don’t pick up the phone, return phone calls, or even provide any proactive information. When asking to talk to the Service Manager, I was told my repair would take at least another 10 days after being told it would be ready at the end of this week. I’ve now been told to call back on Monday (today is Saturday) between 1-2. This will be my last service or interaction with the Koons brand. Terrible customer service that can’t be excused and absolutely no interaction from management or leadership.

I love the Hyundai sales team, but service is always overwhelming and feels so disorganized. Went in for the recall appt on my Hyundai Tuscon, dropped it off at 7:45 and they called at 1 to tell me that it was ready for pickup. I proceeded to ask the rep what was done or if the recall was fixed and he just responded with “no”. No further explanation. Felt like I had to pry for answers to find out my recall can’t be fixed without the part being ordered which could take up to a month to get. I’m not upset about the part not being here but more upset that they had my vehicle for that many hours (and I have notifications when my vehicle doors were unlocked and they were only opened once at 915am) and I didn’t receive a call until 1. Have no hope that they will actually call me when the part comes in so I will follow up in a week. Frustrated by the poor communication and lack of interest shown there.
