Wonderful experience overall! No hiccups and got a car that runs much more smoothly after its 60k-mile and transmission maintenance work was completed. Everyone was so kind, respectful, and professional at this GMC Servicing location (a very highly valued part of customer service in my household!). Worth the 2-hour wait period. Update: Exactly 6 days after the 60k-mile maintenance report on the car’s battery condition coming back recorded as “in good condition,” the battery has a sudden potent, intoxicating chemical/fume emission relentlessly shooting straight into the cabin, followed shortly after by a full battery drain-kill malfunction that has unfortunately stranded me in the middle of the night in a Lowe’s parking lot (a friendly bypasser helped jump the battery just to get me home, luckily; and thank God I had left the windows rolled down for the dog in the car), and again completely dies a second time barely 40 minutes later (same exact process: fum
