Koons Kia of Woodbridge Service Center

Most unprofessional experiences (yes, plural) in my life. TLDR: They lost my keys in the dealership, no communication, no double-checking, and they just canceled my appointment. (Again). AITH: (Am I the Drama?) 1)This time, they canceled my appointment AFTER I dropped off my car. Yes, they lost my keys at the dealership. (My last oil change at Koon's Ford Falls Church, they left them in a customer car and had to chase them down...) So, instead of checking to see if the car was on the property, or checked in, they just said "Nope, car is not here, cancel the appointment" so when I call to check the status, they have no record of my car, and didnt know it was on the property, and were clearly scrambling on the phone. 2) This time, and the 3 other times I have tried to take my car to Koons Kia Woodbridge, I have tried to use the valet service. This time, they never told me that my house is now out of range, they just canceled the appointment without communication. Then, I find out for the

Welcoming and professional. Had an issue with my ride after I dropped off the car for service. The staff noticed this and reassured me that they will do there best to speed up the process to get me out of there as fast as possible. They promised and they delivered. I was out of there well before my scheduled time. Car was cleaned up on top of that. Great service. Outstanding employees.

Matt gave exemplary service during my most recent visit. He went above and beyond the normal sphere of service on multiple occasions. He is kind and considerate, as he ordered me a car home when there was a delay on my car repairs instead of me waiting many hours in the waiting room. He even had the team wash my truck another time once he realized they parked it under a tree after the first wash. He made me aware of services that my truck is ready for due to my mileage, and gave good advice on those that I could wait on. I did not feel like I was being sold on these services. Which made me more willing to pay for those that were not in my package. I live over and hour away, but would come back to this dealership for service primarily because of Matt’s customer service.
