Walmart Auto Care Centers

I tried calling to schedule for a new tire and the phone just kept ringing and ringing and I never got an answer. This was after being told to call them by a different wal mart that couldn't get me in because of being booked up for the day. A couple weeks before the same thing happened when I tried returning an item and when they transfered my call they hung up on my call and then chose to ignore my call. Very dissatisfied. I live an hour away from any wal mart and for anyone that lives that far its terrible to show up and find out your just gonna get turned down on a return when you really need the cash or get turned away when you really need new tires and had just drove an hour on bald tires that need replaced just to be turned away and made to chance driving back home an hour away with bad tires.

Two new tires are great, but stripped thread on a stud and when leaving didn't properly place hubcap on and it was lost on the way home.

Terrible customer service! Michael old man at counter was not accommodating! We needed to mount tire on an rim. We were gonna put the tire on ourself. It's a machine and takes less than 10 mins. While they wait on the oil to drain, they can handle the tire. 2-3 hour wait cause people were waiting to bring cars into the bays. We didn't need this. Called multi tasking while making money. Would never use this place or any other walmart. We ended up taking it to pep boys, who were also busy. Took 7 minutes!! They were extremely friendly, unlike Michael!!!
