The lady at the front was nice but did not seem to believe me when I told her what kinda oil it takes. Once she checked with a manager, it was good, but they had to go get it, and they were already 30 minutes behind.. an hour and forty-five minutes later, my oil change was done.

This is the first motor vehicle shopping Winchester that's provides zero customer service at all they never have anybody behind the desk to take any customers I was by twice today once when they first open another time around 10:30 the store is all the same three customers waiting to get seen and the guys outside smoking cigarettes not paying attention to any of the customers inside this place should be bought out and have a better ownership. I don't recommend customers bringing their vehicles to here it's very unreliable business

I would highly recommend NTB, Winchester. They were able to find and fix a problem my car was having, which two other facilities were unable to identify. My car was acting up and engine light on for about two weeks and I was told no problem was found. After visiting two different service centers, NTB was able to look at and service my vehicle. I whined about the cost a little, but only because I just spent a lot of money previously for my car to still have the same problems. Go see these guys. They are really good.
