I was a little distrustful about coming here at first. Only because of all of the bad experiences I’ve had before going to different shops. I think I’ve found my new place though, finally! The guys here are nice and respectable. They were very open and honest with me about everything unlike other places. They came into the office to give me updates and would ask me before proceeding with anything. I really appreciate you guys!
Highly recommend this place! Bought 2 sets of tires at Tire Outfitters within the past 5 months and I am VERY pleased with the tires (Cooper tires) and FREE alignment service. The price for tires is great and the free alignment seals the deal. I also appreciate Tire Outfitters going above and beyond with replacing the tire pressure sensor. This place rocks!
I had the best experience! The staff was professional, accommodating friendly and knowledgeable. I needed 4 tires, Jaimie patiently answered my questions and took the time to explain each option with their individual pros and cons. They gave me a ride to and from to where I needed/ wanted to be while I waited ( I didn’t even ask, they offered) My car feels so amazing! They aligned the tires perfectly. Feels like I’m driving a brand new car!
