Impact Auto came highly recommended from my aunt's neighbor, who has been a long-time customer. Marlee was wonderful to work with. Very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and honest. Marlee fit me into the schedule this week which saved me because I'm from Illinois visiting family for Thanksgiving and started having car troubles and need to head back home this weekend. Impact Auto diagnosed the problem, provided detailed information on their findings/root cause, and even saved the components that they replaced for me per my request. My first time ever going to an auto shop outside of the dealership. The customer service was amazing. Even if I didn’t get my service done here I would’ve given 5 stars. The lady at the front was informative and helpful she went beyond to accommodate and make me feel comfortable. I’m a first time car owner with minimal knowledge of cars just learning as I go but they made me very comfortable. This is gonna be my go to I trust the mechanics they weren’t forceful or aggressive.
