I’ve got an appointment tomorrow to get something looked at. I’m preemptively leaving this review because I already have a good feeling they’re going to take good care of me.
One of my tires started losing air rapidly last night. I pulled into the Goodyear tire center in Williamsburg (James City County) at 6:45 PM, just 15 minutes prior to closing. They found a 4-inch Allen wrench that had punctured my tire. They quickly swapped out my spare tire to get me back on the road, then repaired the tire first thing this morning and reinstalled it — all for a very reasonable price. They saved me a boatload of trouble! Thanks, Goodyear!
I have previously left a glowing review but this last time I waited 5 hours to get my oil changed, to discover later that they never put oil in my car. My oil light came on within a week and another car place said it was bone dry (no leaks). What were they doing for so long that they didn’t do the one thing asked?
