Tidewater Import Car Service

I have been using Tidewater imports for my 3 Honda now for the last 2 years, only bad thing is it took me 15 years to find them!! They are by far the best shop ( including dealer shops) that I have ever dealt with. Rob and his team are knowledgeable, trustworthy and provide a top quality service at a very fair cost. I will continue to highly reccomend to anyone.

I received 2 new tires from this company. The owner told me that the TPMS sensor was going to stay on unless I bought 4 tires instead of 2. This didn't make sense to me. I spoke to the Honda Dealership and they told me that it wasn't true. They told me that this company should have reset the TPMS sensor when they put on the new tires. Then Honda told me how I could reset it myself. I went into my car and it took 2 seconds. The light has been permanently off since then. Tidewater Imports purposely misled me. The service is great! I can ask questions and get reliable answers. If people think it is an expensive repair shop you are wrong. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Being able to trust that your vehicle is well taken care of is well worth the prices. I like and trust that they are doing what they say they are doing. My vehicle continues to run great regardless of its age. Great job guys!
