I hired them to swap a engine in my truck was told it would be done within 3 days. Truck was not even touched, called me back after the 3 day period and said they could do it by the end of the week. Got a call the next day telling me that they can’t get to it till 4 weeks later. They “offered” to tow my truck anywhere I wanted for “free”… I had it towed to another shop and told them not to put the engine in the back. They did anyways and ruined my brand new hard wood floors in the back. I literally laid them down the day before they got the truck. The owner John said he won’t be paying for them. I will be taking them to court! DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC!

I had an 8:00 AM appointment for an oil change and inspection. At 10:00 car still not ready and hear them talking to another person that the guy who writes up the inspection stickers was not there yet. It would have been nice to hear the truth other than being told that it be just a few more minutes. I can't believe they are able to stay in business. The prior owners were great! Great professional service. My truck can be a pain sometimes and when I don’t have the time or motivation to do the work myself, these guys come through every time.
