Took car in for a state inspection. First said our car needed side mirror lights and would cost $650. We were able to purchase the required lights for $160 and my husband installed them in five minutes time. We then returned our vehicle to complete the state inspection and then we’re told that they could not remove Lugnuts on the wheels of our car to check the brakes. We were quoted at $550 to remove five lug nuts and studs. Needless to say we picked up our vehicle and went back to our former mechanic Who laughed at What we were told and quoted. Total rip off.
Staff is so helpful and they always get the job done. My axle broke on my way to work and I took it in and had my car back by the end of that day....fast and superior service!
Terrible experience at “Sullivan’s family auto repair” in the Oceanfront, Virginia Beach. Taking my truck to another mechanic after spending 1000$ here. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection
