Best experience…EVER!!! I called about getting a new battery installed. Lee was AMAZING!! He gave me the price for the replacement. I went ahead and had the window regulator replaced on the same visit. They were super quick. We dropped the car off on Monday about 2pm it was ready Tuesday before 11am. I received a text letting me know my car was ready. I was able to click and pay online…and it was about $30 cheaper then what we were quoted!!! They were great. I was not pleased with how my tire issue was handled here. I came in last week with a tire leaking air. I was told they found the hole and plugged it, all good to go. Within 48 hours, it was leaking air again. I brought it back in as soon as possible, today, and was told the hole was too big to plug and I would need a patch, which they didn’t do. Why did they try to plug it to begin with then if the hole was too big?? They referred me down the street to Discount Tire. There is no one I could find who would patch it because it had been worked on elsewhere - I called at least 6 places nearby. Maybe if I had made more phone calls, I could have found someone but we are leaving town for the holiday and I need a working tire to drive our car. I would have preferred being told upfront that the plug may not work and the hole was too big, and they could not perform the full fix, instead of just causing me to spend even more money unnecessarily.
