I had a appointment for 2 pm today and I called to tell them I didn’t realize how far they were from norfolk and I might be a couple minutes late and the guy is so rude on the phone like well we don’t have a technician today so I wouldn’t be able to see you. You mean to tell me if I didn’t call ahead of time I would have drove thirty min to be turned away WITH an appointment. Like how are you not gonna call me to tell me that. Thank heavens I called before hand cus you would of had one mad woman in your lobby

VERY DISHONEST OWNER!! DON'T GO THERE!! Took my daughter's car there on Thursday 1/21/16. They gave me a total estimate of $100. When I came back they charged me more!! When I told them I wanted to speak to the owner he left and told the girl at the counter that if I don't pay I won't get more keys and he will put a lien on my car.! I spoke to the Technician and he said that I was right he only quoted me $100 total for the work performed. The technician said it was a new owner. I will never go back to this shop again! Watch out if you happen to go there!!

I took my car in due to a brake issue. The staff was polite and understanding. They were also clear and concise with their explanation of the issues that were present. I would definitely use them again Service: Auto brake repair
