I’ve used FireStone to maintain my cars for 10+ years. However, State Inspections at this location requires the customer to leave their car there for a minimum of 2 days, but most likely 3 days. This has been the trend for the last 3 years. They have too much competition to put up with a that. I will not return for their services. Services: Brake service & repair, Brakes, Tires, Battery, Oil change, Wheel alignment
Have been using them since 2016, never had a bad experience. That tend to get busy though.
It was a big mistake, I terribly regret taking my vehicle to the shop for alignment. They were unable to perform the alignment and I paid them. The next morning I took the vehicle to Art Walker in Virginia Beach, and the vehicle was correctly aligned. I would not give them any star if the system will permit. Service: Wheel alignment
