Tracy and his team are absolutely amazing. In amongst a sea of shady mechanics preying on the ill-informed, they are a breath of fresh air. They do great automotive work, in a quick and efficient manner, with transparent pricing. I even took a used vehicle to them for their review prior to purchase, and they gave their honest assessment of the car, greatly assisting in my decision making. It can be very hard to trust mechanics but I can say The Car Shop has earned my trust and business

I have nothing but POSITIVE things to say about The Car Shop. The Service there is spectacular, the owner (Jeff) goes way beyond to make sure you are satisfied and super honest, he doesn’t try to sell you things you don’t need. He even throws in thing at his cost. His prices are also some of the best in Tidewater. I called around for rates for comparison and no one came close. One company wanted $2800 dollars more to perform the same work, unbelievable.If you need auto work done go here , nobody I know compares. Performed Engine Tune Up, Replaced Leaking Valve Cover Gaskets, Put in Intake Manifold Set. Replaced Temperature Door Actuator Right Side. The Manager is top notch.

Super fast and friendly. No surprise fees or hidden costs when I picked up my vehicle. As someone who knows very little about cars, I felt completely comfortable with the staff. No one tried to sell me on extra services I didn't need. I will definitely use them again!
