Fast, rude, hostile, and expensive. Standard Oil change was $65. They will not check or touch anything else. If you ask they will get smart with you like it's not their job. Unless you are desperate, do yourself a favor and go somehow else.
What brought me to Vienna Gas and Auto was their high ratings from satisfied customers. It didn't hurt that they were convenient to my house. I came for a safety inspection, and was surprised when they were able to take me in 15 minutes. Mr. Park was thorough and courteous and performed the work needed for my vehicle to pass inspection with a full explanation, at a very reasonable price and quickly! Vienna Gas and Auto will be my go-to place for safety and emissions inspections as well as auto maintenance and service.
Have had a very good experience here for service. Reasonable prices. There is a coupon book for oil change, tire rotation and tire puncture with discounts. They have been patient and will explain the work required.
