The service advisors were great when I ordered the radio and had it installed. When calling the parts counter, it seems there was a struggle to wait for my question before explaining the process. The payment counter could use a little refresh on being courteous customers when they call in to ask for a status update on their order (or attempt to look it up as opposed to telling customers we need to speak to our service advisor who is on vacation). I still give five stars as I understand this to be a leadership issue and not an employee issue. Overall I was happy with our service.
