Fantastic service! I booked a battery replacement for the following day and they were able to come out the same day. The technician RJ was very nice and informative about potential future repairs needed. I will definitely be using this service again.
I could have give a 10 star rating if it was possible. RJ is a superstar on his profession. He came on time, did alternator replacement and both back break pads. It was very cold outside and also it was very hard to take out the alternator. He found the belt and belt tensioner is almost gone. I bought those parts from a near by auto store while he was doing the alternator. He spend another 30 minutes to replace the belt and tensioner. He didn't charge me anything for that extra job he did. I am really happy with RJ.
RJ was great to work with. He provided pricing upfront, showed up on time, and reviewed all work done on my car. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to friends and family. Service: Auto battery replacement
