Starr Motors Collision Center

First off this isn’t a “BASH” review…. It’s totally base off my experience! The paint work is ok but when they assembled my car back together it was like they was rushing cause they did install gall my clap’s on my front end and my engine guard was sagging underneath my car… My finder liner’s was installed right and all my clap’s wasn’t installed either!! Then I had to take my car back to them cause my car was over heating, mind you my car went to them cause I had front end damage in the first place!!! I had to stay on them about my wheels being aligned!!! After all that my car was ready for me to pick it up and my radio screen didn’t work (black screen) which it worked perfectly before they picked it up!!! Long Story Short I’m stuck trying to find a factory radio that cost $1000 used!!! This whole event have been totally stressful and I wouldn’t recommend them too NOBODY!!! Starr motors is an outstanding shop. We were traveling through Suffolk and had some car issues and the employees at Starr went above and beyond to help get us safely back on the road. I would recommend them to anyone and wish we lived in Suffolk so we could go more ourselves. Thanks for amazing work, advice and friendly attitudes!
