They took can of my scheduled vehicle maintenance appointment in a timely manner in your state-of-the-art facility within close proximity to my residence. Just like to say that Nancy in service took great care of getting the work done on my care. She wasn’t the person I originally talked to but she followed up and got my car in and the work was done quickly and looks great. Her expertise proved to be valuable to me in getting my car back as soon as possible! She also got me a vehicle to drive while the work was being done. This was my first time having my car serviced at Duke Automotive and I must say I received exceptional customer service. Everyone was really nice. Will checked my vehicle out and updated me on what needed to done. There were no hidden fees and all work was completed within a reasonable amount of time. During my checkout I had card issues, so I left to get cash from the bank. Will and another co-worker (Nice young lady - sorry I forgot her name) stayed after closing for me to return. They could have said oh well, we open tomorrow at…..but they didn’t and I thought that was really nice of them. I did have to take my vehicle back because I had the same issue a week after driving. I received my vehicle back in a few days and now 4 days I believe my auto repair has been fully corrected. I understand things happen but it’s about how we fix it. It was handled very well. Overall, I still feel good about this experience and I will be returning to Duke Automotive. This isn’t my local GMC dealer
