I appreciate this place for explaining and speaking to me, in a way where I understood the problem with my car. I been to places where they tell me I need a part, but never really explain what the part was used for. EXCELLENT. I was driving cross-country when, after 5 hours on the road, the <check engine> light started flashing and the motor started misfiring. Pulled off and a quick search said "find a repair ASAP." I searched <Richmond car service> and immediately noticed the high ratings at Richmond Auto Repair. They took the car in, diagnosed it, got the parts, and got me back on the road 2-1/2 hours after the warning light came on -- on a Saturday. An unbelievable level of professionalism and service.
