Scheduled an oil change and alignment here. Appointment was for the early morning and they didn't get to my car until almost closing time. I drove my car home and car was pulling severely to the right so brought it to another shop to get fixed - other shop showed how messed up the alignment was with their printouts. Car felt way better after other shop fixed it. About 500miles after my oil change, the oil level warning came up, oil was really low and I had to top it off since they didnt put enough oil in. Will just take my car somewhere else instead of bringing it back to Midas.

I absolutely love Midas! I just moved to richmond and was looking for somewhere to get my car inspected, luckily I came across Midas on W Broad. Don and Ebony helped me out a lot and were super kind. I don’t understand much about cars lol, but Don walked me through everything and explained what needed to be done and how he would go about it. Truly such a kind and informative environment, will definitely be returning while I live in richmond!!!
