Excellent team did my 4 wheel allignment! Highly recomend. Used groupon - No problems at all.
I decided to give them a two star rating, because of the lack of communication skills at their front desk. When you come in or call in the front desk person is the first person of contact. On several occasions I had received great service. However, because they seem to have a turnover in their front desk personnel that sometimes affects their business in a negative light. Not everyone is qualified to work the front desk (point of first contact with customers). Having a well trained front desk representative is strongly recommended.
I liked the convenience of dropping it off and it being ready within the hour. I loved my groupon and the customer service so pleasant and understanding. Really enjoyed my experience and definitely would come back. Service: Oil change
