Fritz's Car Care Inc

We have been very satisfied with Chris's Car Care. Our home is in Illinois, but our daughter has been going to VCU for the past two years. Although I know a lot about car repair, she is too far away for that to do much good when her car needs work. She had some predatory experiences with another shop in town, and then luckily we found Fritz's. They are honest, competent, thorough, and fairly priced. They make sure you know what work needs to be done, and do not hunt up unnecessary work to perform and bill you for. This will be the shop for us until our daughter graduates.

Took my car to Fritz after having issues with the hybrid battery for several weeks. Glen diagnosed the issue on the spot and was so nice and helpful in explaining the issue and options for repair. He was even amiable when I needed to stop by a second time to get more information on my car's issue. Will definitely use Fritz for all my car repairs in the future! Service: Battery
