Took my car in for oil change and small service, 140$ later I was recommended to replace an oxygen sensor (40$ part self buy) for 140+labor. Transmission issues the next week and it died completely. It is now scrap.
I am extremly pleased with my first experience with this establishment. My 2006 Audi A4 decided not to turn on one day and I was really just looking for the cheapest option to get my car towed. They told me it would be a couple hours before they could pick up my car, but to my surprise they were there within an hour an a half(enough time for my boyfriend and I to get a coffee and chat). My car got picked up on a Friday and they told me they wouldn't be able to even look at my car until Tuesday, again to my surprise they called me Monday morning letting me know exactly what was wrong with my car(it was the clutch switch). They were great when it came to working with me when I decided I would order the part through them and change it myself. The new clutch switch took a couple days to come in but that has nothing to do with them. My car was up and running by that Friday(so all in all it was one week I was without a car).
