Firestone Complete Auto Care

This is the worst place you can ever take your car to based on my experience. Please do not take your car to the Firestone on Southside plaza for any repair. Per my experience, I bought 3 new tires from this Firestone. My tire on the driver side was missing a rod and bolt. I took my car back to them after they worked on it 3 weeks ago to replace what was missing on my car. They agreed to pay for the parts, but I have to pay for the labor. The catch is, the part is only $30 and I would have to pay $150 for labor. I was told that they were trying to give me a discount because they usually charge $300 for this type of work. Thank God that I found a mechanic who agreed to charge me only $30 for labor. Another true event that happened while I was waiting for my car at Firestone on Southside Plaza in Richmond, Virginia. The Best Service of any Firestone Complete Auto Care Center I've ever been to in my 15 years of being a customer of Firestone. I had the pleasure today of working directly with the General Store Manager, Mr. John Meadows. He was the most accommodating service manager I've ever dealt with in my life. Most, could care less about the quality of their work, or if you are pleased with the service you received, and you can forget about the customer service at most places, because it's almost non-existent anymore in this day in age. I 100%, without any hesitation, definitely recommend this location, and please make sure to ask to work with the Manager, maybe even tell him who recommended him. I just want everyone to know, if your seeking to find an honest repair shop, who cares about their customers, look no further than this location, and Mr. John Meadows. I noticed a big bulge in my tire and called my dealership they quoted a large sum. Decided to go direct to Firestone and spoke with the Manager John who hooked me up with a new tire at a cheaper price. I found my place where I’ll be getting car maintenance done! Service is quick, dependable and the staff are all very knowledgeable. Thanks John!
