Awesome customer service. They thoroughly assessed my cars transmission and were up front on repair estimate and accuracy of costs for the repair were on target. Work was completed ahead of schedule. The follow up warranty work and received two years later was just as professional and everything was taken care of

Saved a lot of money having my car maintained at Cottman transmission. They did not try to sell me anything I did not need. and the work they did was always done right the first time. More trustworthy than the dealership and the loss leader oil change companies. I know I have added years of life to my Versa from following the Nissan's recommended maintenance schedule and by having Cottman's do the work. I would continue to bring my car to them if I still lived in Virginia but I moved to Florida.
