Ellis Auto Service

The owner initially I felt he was empathetic. But later I find he is business man acting like a business man. He is covering up the fact his staff isnt comfortable with a woman asking them questions. My simple reaction is, Only someone with something to hide gets rocked. If a male were there asking questions. I know the aggressive attitudes wouldn't came into the equation. I like to deal with honest people. And not selective honest people. Because I had the worse experience with two of the staff members. And because this is a public post. I won't put all the business on here. I will however say, " when dealing with the public, never assume you have a right to be disrespectful to patrons." After all it's these people who pay for service. So it's a fair exchange to give respect amen. Well I have to change my rating of this business. I was insulted of smarts. I did get a call back from J. He said the battery installed is the same as the higher priced one put in my car. I have pictures da

I did not have a service performed at this visit because it was an inquiry but I was personally helped by the owner. He was kind and respectful. He gave great customer service and scheduled me for an appointment promptly. I couldn't ask for better customer service. Also, as I was leaving an employee said good bye and told me to have a good day. It's really the little things that matter to me and overall my experience was really good. We'll see how the actual service goes soon. ????
