Travis is very professional and straight forward. I personally have been taking my cars to Travis for awhile and have also referred others to Travis who also were very satisfied. From big jobs to small ones, as far as oil changes and inspections.
If I could give more stars, I would. Our alternator blew while on vacation on I-64. We called and they initially said they were booked. Then Travis got on the line and asked our situation. He said bring it on in and he'd square us away. Less than two hours later we were back on the road! Can't thank this man and his crew enough!
My AC went out in my truck, took it to Travis Auto and dropped it off in the morning. In less than an hour he called to tell me what the issue was and that he would have it fixed in a few hours. I picked my truck up the same day with the AC blowing nice and cold. Definitely recommend! Thanks Travis!
