Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

To start, excellent customer service. I was accommodated by Shawn at the front counter who was not only personable but funny. The mechanic that serviced my car? His name is Greg. A quietly sweet gentleman as well as a professional. But the biggest icing on the cake is that I was in and out in approximately 2 1/2 hours for a state inspection that required front brakes and wiper replacement! I’m so appreciative of the dedication to customer service that I will be back! Their slogan “Better experience” holds true.

Chris was running the desk when I came in for an AC service. He was exceptionally personable and treated my problems as if they were the most important ones he had encountered that day. I didn't get the technicians name but my car's AC has NEVER worked as well as it does now. I don't know how much they are getting paid but the definitely deserve raises.

They ripped me off they said the tire was unpatchable so they made me purchase a new tire, took the tire to somewhere else after I purchased a new tire and was able to fix it patch it that is. Also they made me pay the Virginia recycling fee even though I took the tire and I told him I should not have to pay that since I took the tire dispose it myself. Stay away from this place they ripped me off in the past before
