State inspection, failed due light out on plate, windshield chip, unrepairable tire. Replaced plate bulb took to another inspector. Passed the no issue. Will never return! Service: Tires

I don't usually leave reviews but don't go to this place to get your car fixed. My catalytic converter was stolen and my insurance is going to pay to get it fixed. But I went ahead and bought the part cheaper at the autoparts store and just wanted them to replace it. What ever the insurance gave me would replace what I spent out of pocket. The CSR person said they were going to charge me for the part and labor~$1400 since my insurance was going to pay for it. I asked why when I have the part already and you just need to replace it and she said cause your insurance is going to cover it. When I told her that the money would go directly to me and not them it was going to take all day to fix my car when they quoted me an hour of labor and got the 1st appointment they had for the day.

When I picked up my car, the car looked like it had been rampaged through. Insurance card and paperwork that's normally in the console was on the floor.
