Elite Auto Body

My experience: I chose to take my vehicle to Elite Auto Body/ Collision Repair shop. I had several shops to choose from. Upon dropping my vehicle off to Elite for the repairs I asked if the damage above the bumper that was marked was included in the repairs as well. I was informed that area was covered as well, that area was not marked. The damaged area above the bumper would require paint. On the delivery date which the vehicle was repaired in about three days not including the weekend. Which I asked for an ETOD because my position requires me to drive. I was informed in about three days. Well, the bumper looks good no paint required. When I inspected the vehicle on pick up day. I inquired about the area above the bumper. The vehicle was taken to the back for the damaged area to be buffed out, it was a little better. This did not fix the damage. I was informed that if the tech went deeper it would cause more problems. Had my Corolla in for a collision claim through GEICO. The customer service was exceptional. Tom kept me updated every single step of the way. Was honest and communicated all aspects of my repairs. The technicians did a phenomenal job and it looks better than it did before. Hopefully I never have to file and insurance claim again but if I do, I’ll be going back here
