Big Al's Mufflers & Brakes

This was the worst experience I ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. My car was being worked on for over 7 days. The price changed 3 times throughout the process. I finally get a call to pick her up on day 8 and my car was broken into while there. Everything was thrown out of my glove box and center console. They happily took my payment and explained that Virginia Laws cover them from being liable for break ins. I will take this lost this time. I will never allow Big Al’s to touch another car of mine. Good Luck to anyone that does.

$1,000 spent,just so my car can do the same things it was doing when I dropped it off for 4 hour's. Brought it back to hear bull. Kept for a hour nothing has changed. Bring a man if your a woman. I should've left when the lady brought her car back. Never ever again. I was better off dealing with a street mechanic.
