The inside was clean and the person at the desk (Scott I think) seemed very nice. I left the car so they could do an inspection of my exhaust system. I had already called several places so I could get the best price. He quoted me the price and said he could get the parts and repair done today. I said I had called someone else and they were cheaper. He told me to take it to the other shop and hung up on me while I was still talking to him. Turns out he was very rude! I will never go back

First time as an adult having my car malfunction during driving. My windshield wiper stopped moving, it wasn't an electrical problem, it was a mechanical problem. I looked at it myself and knew exactly what was wrong with it, I just didn't have the tools or the part to repair it. So I called and told them exactly what was wrong and exactly what needed to be repaired. They said I could come in the same day to get it fixed, assuming I came to their shop quick enough. I came in less than 10 minutes, they drove my car around their lot, but never actually checked it out or anything... Even if they did choose to do something, they insisted that I should come back another day and pay them ~125$ or so just to check out the problem that I've already explained. If I run into a more serious problem and I turn to them, and they do a good job at an affordable price, then I'll change my rating. Otherwise what's the point of telling someone to come on in, waste their gas and time, only to tell them t

Nope...Simple Y-Pipe replacement and spark plugs/coils...Total parts $300 and easily fixed in my driveway. You wanted to charge $3500.00 for that.
